• The Therap website is laden with a plethora of tools and modules that can help you with your documentation, communication, and other helpful resources. Here you can also clutch on to important updates and events that the company is poised to bring about in the near future.

Step 2 To Login To Therap Services

• In order to embark upon your journey to start documenting, you are first required to click on the ‘secure login’, available on the upper right corner of your screen.
• After this two boxes will pop up in front of you, one carrying the information about upcoming webinars or newly released notes, while the other one with login credentials. The latter is of use to us, as of now. 
• Fill in your login name, password, and provider’s code in that box.

TIPS: In case of any inability to log in to your Therap account you will need to contact the provider administrator at your workplace. Therap support will be unable to help you out if you go to them for any sort of redressal regarding logins.

Therap Services Navigation Guide

After you Login To Therap Services, you may witness messages that are either from your agency or from Therap pertaining to upcoming new releases. You have to acknowledge some of them by clicking on the Agree button underneath. One of these messages is a usage agreement that your agency requires you to tick on to before proceeding further in your Therap usage. However, there will be other messages oriented towards providing you with information about any upcoming events in your agency.

• On the very same page click on the dashboard button and you will be led to your Therap dashboard.

• Your dashboard basically involves relevant information about individuals you have worked with. This is where you can select the content of your documentation or review it by using the tabs on the left side and selecting the appropriate module from the center list. The health, available on the left side, can be useful in assessing health-related documents, whereas the individual tab will allow you to enter individual goals and service plans. Tasks like attendance are wielded by the billing tab.
• One of the cardinal features of Therap is its ‘to-do’ tab that informs you about the recently added, new documentation that you have to review, complete or acknowledge. This will be presented to you in form of numbers indicating the exact amount of entries requiring your action.
• If you wish to return to your home screen click upon the logo of Therap or simply click on dashboard right next to it. In either cases homes screen is your dashboard.

• On the screen you have the commonly used modules. If you are in one of these modules, those links will be available for you in the Menu at the top right corner of your page. In a module you will also be able to see your name and provider code in contrast to the dashboard, where you can only see your name, title, and company name.
• You also have a logout option, which you can use to exit or enter your dashboard.
